Lawyer, specialist in intellectual property for more than 30 years, always working in offices with experience in the field, such as Momsen, Leonardos & Cia, Machado Meyer Sendacz & Ópice Lawyers. Member of the BIPA – Brazilian Intellectual Property Association – and INTA – International Trademark Association. Graduated in Law from PUC/RJ and post-graduated in marketing from the same university. Carla is on the list of most admired lawyers in the Análise Advocacia 500 yearbook and contributes her knowledge to several study committees in associations such as INTA and ECTA. Constant presence in conferences of Intellectual Property, national and international, all over the world.
Out of the Legal world, is also a full mother of four, two of them already lawyers. Loves to travel and organize events. Marathoner of series and documentaries, loves cinema, a good popcorn and a good brigadeiro (Brazilian candy).
